The icon pack Material are the current fashion, but in the long run may prove a bit too similar to each other. Today we offer three alternatives that use very specific color palette, to offer something different from the usual.

Desaturate is the only icon pack free of the three, and it’s the one with the most personality. The extensive use of various shades of grey contrast of flashes of warm colors, vivid and dosed with the right sparingly. Not all icons are masterpieces, but with the right background and the right combination can be substantial setups.

Desaturate offers approximately 1450 icons very high resolution, accompanied by more than 150 QHD backgrounds saved in the cloud. Supported dynamic calendars and Muzei; the updates are relatively frequent (the last occurred just over a month ago) and there is also a clock widget as a bonus. The dashboard is one of the best apps, and allows you to request missing icons, exploring the collection and so on.

Impulse takes advantage of a very narrow color palette: are a total of five major ones–blue, yellow, Orange, gray and white. The result is certainly not for everyone. Read here for vintage alarm clock.

Impulse is not very extensive: the icons are just under 1200, some for a few premium pack. Poor also wallpapers: 12, although QHD resolution. In any case, there are all the amenities you need-dynamic calendar icon, compatibility Muzei etc.

Darkonis is an icon pack for lovers of dark shades. The icon is made up mostly of very dark grey, almost black, with a few solid colored accent on only where necessary.

Here we have more than 2500 icons in high resolution, and 37 wallpapers QHD resolution to accompany them. Dynamic calendar icon is missing, not a great quality dashboard app with the request of the missing icons and everything else.
