Best travel period
You can travel to Mexico all year round. It is driest from November to April, from May to October it is rainy season but it is still nice to travel in Mexico this time of year. Just pay attention to the hurricane season which is between June and October, most storms hit the country between August and October. Hurricanes and tropical storms have the greatest impact in the areas along the Pacific coast, the Caribbean coast and the Gulf of Mexico and the Yucatan Peninsula.

Day 1: Departure from Scandinavia
Departure from Scandinavia and arrival in Mexico City, time depends on which airline you choose. You will be picked up at the airport and driven to your hostel, which is centrally located in Mexico City’s historic district.
Day 2: Mexico City and excursion to the Teotihuacán ruins
No visit to Mexico City is complete without a trip to the Teotihuacán ruins located about 1.5 hours outside the city. You now have the opportunity to climb both the solar and lunar pyramids with a fantastic view of the entire old Inca complex. It is believed that up to 200,000 people lived here once upon a time. The Sun Temple is the third largest pyramid in the whole world and fantastic stories are hidden here. Enjoy!
Day 3: Experience Mexico City and the rest of the country on your own.
