Documents required for obtaining a visa to Korea:

• Valid passport.
  Passport valid for 6 months after the expiration date of the visa;
• 1 Color photograph 3.5×4.5 cm – on a white background;
• Certificate of employment, indicating the salary for the last 6 months. Translation into English;
  Or a copy of the emergency certificate. Translation into English;
• Bank account statement, as well as an account statement containing information on daily expenses for the last 3 months. With wet bank seal. Translation into English.
  The recommended account balance is about $2,000 per person. In the original;
• Visa application form for Korea, signed by the applicant.

List of documents for minors when applying for a visa to Korea:

• Valid passport.
• 1 Color photograph 3.5×4.5 cm – on a white background;
• Birth certificate. Translation into English;
• Notarized permission from the parents to leave the child if the child is traveling with one of the parents or with an accompanying person. Translation into English.
• Visa application form for Korea, signed by the applicant.

Standard period of validity of a visa to Korea

Short-term visa to South Korea
from 30 days: the purpose of the trip is tourism
up to 90 days: the purpose of the trip is a private or business visit.

A long-term visa to Korea has a validity period of more than 90 days.

Visa-free entry into the country for a period of not more than 15 days is allowed for those citizens who have visited South Korea at least five times in the past 2 years, or at least 10 times in general.

The consular department of the Korean Embassy in Kiev accepts for consideration the documents of citizens of the Republic of Molodov without a residence permit in Ukraine.
